As the President and CEO of Vertical, he is a leading provider of specialized workforce solutions concentrating on Temporary, On-Demand Labour, Permanent Recruitment and Workforce Management. His specific expertise is in technology, leadership, growth strategies, M&A, workforce management, ramp planning tactics and the overall staffing industry environment. With thirty- three offices across Canada, Vertical has been named to the Profit Hot 50, 2020’s Canadian Business Fastest Growing Companies, 2019 and 2020 Report on Business Canada’s Top Growing Companies and recognized as a Great Place to Work for 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Having completed four acquisitions during his time with Vertical, with the most recent acquisition of People Ready Canada from TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI), Vertical is one of Canada's largest privately owned staffing agencies. Anthony and his team are busy expanding service offerings while leveraging their technology to streamline processes and enhance the overall experience for all clients and employees alike.

Anthony concludes that his greatest accomplishments are being a father to his two girls Victoria and Vanessa and husband to his wife Jackie. In his spare time, Anthony is an avid hockey player and sports Dad. Anthony and his wife have both daughters in high performance competitive sports ranging from Soccer, Hockey, and Gymnastics. Seven nights a week you can find Anthony taking calls rink side, or just enjoying being in a spectator booth of a gymnastics center or on a soccer pitch.
