The company is best known for transforming staffing operations with enterprise-class human capital technology built using modern technologies like cloud, AI, FinTech and Blockchain.

Sumit Sahdev's educational background reflects his expertise in the field. He earned a master's degree in Knowledge & Information Management and Information Systems & Design from the University of Toronto. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance from Harvard University, further augmenting his business acumen and understanding of financial strategies.

Mr. Sahdev actively contributes to the entrepreneurial landscape. As an official delegate to the G20 Young Entrepreneurs' Alliance, he represented Canada along with other G20 countries that share a common goal of promoting entrepreneurship. Through his involvement, Mr. Sahdev advocates for economic renewal, job creation, innovation, and social change.

With over 17 years of experience, Sumit Sahdev possesses a multifaceted skill set encompassing Human Capital Cloud, talent recruitment, sales and marketing, strategic planning, business consulting, project management, enterprise system implementations, and business development. Prior to co-founding Jombone, he served as the Digital Consumer Lead for Deloitte Canada, where he guided numerous organizations in Canada and the United States towards successful digital transformations in Human Capital Cloud/Management.
