Tim Collins has worked in the IT Staffing business for over 30 years. Tim founded Stafflink Solutions and ran it for 22 years. He has recently sold his business (16 months ago). Before founding his own company he had the good fortune to work for companies such as Eagle, and Brainhunter. 

Tim has placed over 1,000 people in his career for both contract and permanent roles. During Tim's career he has had multinational, national, and startup clients. Creating training for Stafflink recruiters and Stafflink's client's recruiters was one of the joys of his life.  The smile he received when placing somebody in their first job in Canada was truly a great privilege for him. 

Finding a culture fit for the Stafflink team and brand was very important in the sale process for Tim and he feels fortunate that this was achieved. The process of selling Stafflink took over 1.5 years. Tim still considers his staff, and alumni friends to this day. Selling Stafflink was one of the most joyous and challenging processes Tim has encountered in his career.
